Service Description

Our ISO9001:2015 Quality Management Audits are specifically tailored for Landlords, Facilities Managers and Property Agents, who have a responsibility for "Statutory Compliance" for the buildings they manage. Our audits will ensure you meet the necessary requirements to ensure the building is safe to occupy and inline with current legislation throughout a calendar year. We will audit all service maintenance records and certificates for: Fire Alarm Maintenance Emergency Lighting Maintenance Electrical Installation Condition Reports Lift Maintenance and examinations Water Hygiene (ACOP L8) F-Gas (Air Conditioning) Boiler Servicing Gas Pipework Pressure Systems Gas catering equipment Kitchen extract and duct work (TR19) Typically, we will source evidence that the documents are available and the relevant service has been completed by the supplier within the required frequencies. Our audits produce a full compliance report which identifies all gaps in compliance and a proposed action plan to close out any gaps.
