Our service will assess the current statutory Hard FM risk to your company prior to you committing to any new contract as part of your strategic sales process. We will carry out a full site condition survey of all Plant and Equipment relevant to the contract to determine its current condition, age, past maintenance history and life cycle based on CIBSE guidelines. The Due Diligence survey will include all statutory maintenance & ACOP items which should be performed within a building to ensure the occupants remain safe and to enable the proposed service provider to understand the gaps in compliance, prior to taking on those responsibilities.
